[MAP HG] hg_city_ng

Explico más o menos los origenes del mapa brevemente y se los enseño, quería que sea una ciudad para el TTT, con @Zurdo empezamos a hacerlo y después quería que sea un barrio para el BB y bueno, al final se fusionó todo y llegó al HG. Agradezco a @shiobi por su colaboración!

Mi idea es modificarlo también para que pare en el TTT y en algun otro modo más si quieren y les gusta.
